Reiki is a gentle, hands-near relaxation technique that helps regulate the nervous system and promote a state of deep rest, which supports the body’s natural healing processes. Practitioners act as conduits for universal life force energy, using hovering hands to clear blockages in a person's energy pathways (meridians or chakras), fostering balance in body, mind, and spirit. The word comes from Japanese rei (universal) and ki (life force energy).
Reiki is based on the belief that universal life force energy flows through all living beings. As a Reiki practitioner, I serve as a vessel, allowing this energy to flow where it is needed most. Without physical touch, I work intuitively with my hands held just above the body to help encourage the opening and balancing of the chakras, release energetic blockages, and restore the natural flow of energy throughout your energetic system.
